        How we count users across all plans

        User count is the number of unique usernames in your FlexLM checkout logs over the trailing 12 months — not qformative logins. Lite: under 100 users · ROIQ: under 500 users · Scale: 500+ users. Upload your logs at roiq.app and we'll tell you exactly which tier applies before you commit.

        What's the difference between Lite and ROIQ?

        ROIQ Lite is an on-premise, self-hosted edition currently in development — it will run entirely within your own infrastructure. Its feature set is a subset of ROIQ: NQL, multi-site aggregation, and automated reports are not included. ROIQ and Scale are cloud-hosted and include every feature. If you need the full platform today, start with ROIQ.

        When will ROIQ Lite be available?

        ROIQ Lite is currently in active development. Join the waitlist by contacting us and we'll notify you when it's ready. Pricing will be USD $3,000 per year for teams with fewer than 100 unique FlexLM users.

        Does Lite have a user limit?

        Yes. ROIQ Lite is designed for teams with fewer than 100 unique FlexLM users. ROIQ covers teams up to 499 users, and Scale applies at 500 or more.

        What is the ROIQ agent?

        ROIQ ships a lightweight server binary you deploy once on any machine that can reach your FlexLM/RLM servers. It automatically discovers, collects, and uploads log files from all configured license servers on an ongoing basis — no manual log exports, ever. Included in all three plans.

        What are Remix Reports?

        Remix Reports let anyone take any generated report and reconfigure it — change the tool filter, date range, site grouping, or metric — to publish a new variant in seconds. Available on all three plans.

        What happens if our user count crosses 500 mid-year?

        You stay on ROIQ until renewal. At renewal we count unique users over the past 12 months and apply the correct tier. No mid-year surprises.

        Can I upgrade from Lite to ROIQ later?

        Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and all your existing data, reports, and mappings carry over. You pay the prorated difference for the remainder of your annual term.
